This policy covers the Sehar Clothing website operated by Sehar Clothing. For questions about your information, contact info@seharclothing.store.

Information collected

When you shop, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, order items and any order notes you provide. Checkout email is optional. Account registration requires an email address and stores account details, saved addresses and wishlist information. Newsletter signup collects your email address separately.

The website also uses session identifiers to maintain your shopping bag, checkout selection and sign-in state. Hosting systems may record technical information such as request times, IP addresses and errors for operation and troubleshooting.

How information is used

After delivery we may send a product review invitation and at most one reminder. Reviews are linked to purchased items to verify eligibility. Approved ratings, review text, optional photos, first name and last initial, purchase variant and date are public. Do not upload contact details or photographs you lack permission to publish. Image metadata is removed. Pending or rejected reviews are visible only to authorised staff and their author through the review form. Contact us to request removal.

Email sign-in uses a six-digit code with a maximum ten-minute lifetime and five attempts. Hashed codes and hashed network identifiers are used for abuse prevention and removed after one day by the running email worker; protected queued codes are removed after sending or expiry. Review links are private: do not forward them. Operational mail processing and backups follow the service-provider and retention arrangements described in this policy.

Information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns and maintain your account. Newsletter contact details are used for the updates you subscribe to. An order does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.

Sharing with service providers

Delivery partners need contact and address details to deliver purchases. Hosting, payment and communication providers may process the information necessary for their services. The store should confirm its current provider list here: .

Cookies and sessions

Essential cookies support sign-in, your bag, checkout and request security. Blocking these cookies may prevent those features from working. Optional first-party analytics is described below and only begins after acceptance. This feature does not enable advertising pixels.

Optional visitor analytics

Our page-load invitation offers optional area sharing to help plan delivery coverage and understand visitor areas. After accepting analytics, you may separately choose to share your approximate area. This does not change current delivery charges or options. Your browser requests location permission only when you press Share approximate location. Coordinates are rounded to two decimal places in your browser (roughly a kilometre) and sent through our server to Geoapify for an area lookup. Our analytics stores only the resulting area and permission time, not coordinates or a street address. Geoapify processes the rounded location under its privacy policy. This feature is optional, can be inaccurate, and is not a verified home address. Privacy preferences lets you remove the area linked to your current session; withdrawing analytics deletes that session. The same session retention period applies.

With your consent, we measure page types, product interactions, checkout and order placement, approximate city/country, device category, campaign tags, referring website and observed active time. Analytics does not store your IP address, full page URLs, search terms, typed form fields, payment screenshots or screen recordings. These session records are pseudonymous, not anonymous: a purchase event can be linked to an order by authorized admins.

We use a random first-party session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We remember your consent choice for up to 180 days. Session records are automatically removed after 90 days, with cleanup running every six hours while the application is running. Order and security records have separate retention requirements.

Choose Accept or Reject in the analytics notice. You can withdraw using Privacy preferences at the bottom of any storefront page; this stops future collection and deletes the analytics session currently linked to this browser. Older expired sessions are removed by retention; contact our privacy contact for other data-rights requests. Changing your choice does not delete order records or prevent shopping.

When a local geolocation database is installed, we use the request IP transiently to estimate city and country without sending it to a lookup service. Results are approximate and may be incorrect for VPNs and mobile networks. Without that database, visitor location is recorded as unknown. We use these statistics to improve our store, understand marketing performance and plan stock. Analytics access is restricted to authorized administrators. The consent notice and choice are recorded with each tracked session.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery does not require card details. If other payment methods are enabled, the store should explain the payment provider and its data handling before collecting payment information.

Retention and security

Access to customer information is restricted through account and administrator permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security. The store's confirmed retention schedule is: .

Your choices

You can check out as a guest and leave email blank. Contact the store to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to stop newsletter messages. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed to complete orders, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations.
